This smoothie is my go-to. I always have the ingredients which makes it come together quickly and having frozen blueberries and bananas makes this my "on the fly" favorite.
It is rich in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory spices and sustains me with good fats and protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 big handful of Organic Spinach
- 2 big spoonfuls of Organic Nut Butter
- 1/2 of an Organic Avocado
- 1 tsp of Maca Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
- Dash of Black Pepper
- 1 Serving of Bone Broth Protein Powder (could use any protein powder)
- 1 Organic Date
- 1/2 of 1 Organic Frozen Banana
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup of Organic Frozen Blueberries
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup of Water
- Topped off with hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and The Original Gratitude Granola.
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients except for toppings in a blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Top with seeds and Gratitude Granola.
- Enjoy!
