Nutrient Spotlight: Cordyceps
We don't use this in any of our flavors...yet...but want to call out Cordyceps as a favorite in our adaptogen and supplement "must" list. Especially for ride days. Cordyceps is known for its support in energy and endurance. It can be used for both pre - and post-workouts and high-altitude adventures because it enhances oxygen update. This particularly is why Adam is a fan. Big rides at high altitudes are some times an issue for him and cordyceps has helped tremendously. Jennifer loves it for the energy it gives her during long ride days and helps with any big climbs....
A Mine(ful) Trip to Utah
Eager to escape the summer heat in Arizona, we took a road trip to Utah. Here are my top 5 favorite things about this trip and spending time in the Wasatch mountains. Nomad Cafe in Kanab, Utah. Adam's Favorite Smoothie
This smoothie is my go-to. I always have the ingredients which makes it come together quickly and having frozen blueberries and bananas makes this my "on the fly" favorite. It is rich in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory spices and sustains me with good fats and protein.
